It has been a while, yes I know. But I am here to bring you some updates, insights and some tips on family photoshoots.

I thought I would get the blog back up and running again to show you some of the snap shots that you don't get to see on my website and instagram, on the variety of shots you may get from a shoot. The blog is a great way to showcase this, as well as bring you tips on things that you may worry about when booking a shoot session.
I first photographed these two little ones as newborns during lockdown here in Singapore, followed by their first birthday. It was such an honour and I felt privileged to have met them twice and before their VIP members of their family.
It is now their second birthday and they are charging around like your classic toddler. The hardest age to photograph I must add. The other end of the scale from the subdued, sleepy newborn shots. Admittedly, it is impossible to get them sitting where you want, often they want snacks, and generally do the opposite to what you want them to do. But that's ok, as you know I don't like staged shots. At the end of the session, the mother was looking a little worries that the whole session had been a flop and looking a little disappointed. But, what I see behind the lens is very different to what you witness and perhaps feel as a client.
This was the response I received when she saw the photos;
"You are just so talented. I honestly thought we were going to have to shoot this all again.
You have captured some really beautiful shots of the twins. Thank you for capturing our forever memories. We will always be so grateful".
